About

I have chosen coaching because partnering with people to facilitate their thriving brings me joy and is genuinely fun. It’s also deeply meaningful to see their new skills and perspectives bring flourishing to everyone around them. I deeply desire a more prosocial and compassionate world and working with leaders helps bring that about more efficiently. As a bonus, every client relationship also helps me grow and so the clock ends up winding itself.

I spent over a decade integrating psychology and technology doing User Experience research consulting. This allowed me to empathize with and advocate for the humans using products and services around the world, while synthesizing lots of information and making it digestible for stakeholders. That period also helped me connect with leaders and company cultures of all types.

Becoming a parent expedited my (ongoing) path to unwind patterns, beliefs, traumas, deep anxiety, and mental habits that were limiting my ability to thrive and connect with others authentically.

This all unlocked the door to seek an integrated approach to human thriving, which led me to training in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Nonviolent Communication. I use these tools heavily in my coaching but also my daily life, down to the smallest moments of interaction. I am profoundly influenced by practices of prosociality, restorative justice, mindfulness, inclusive culture building, collaborative decision making, and somatic awareness. Together we can dedicate our lives to build a world that anyone feels safe to thrive out loud in, even if none of us will live to see it.
